Featuring top instructors in San Diego county, the small, intimate classes allow instructors to give students more personalized attention, which is especially valuable in classes such as yoga and pilates. Many clubs charge an extra fee for yoga and pilates, but at SVRFC specialty classes are included in the great membership price. SVRFC instructors are the best! Most of the instructors are also personal trainers, and the dance instructor is an accomplished ballet and modern dance performer.

STEP W/WEIGHTS: Interval TrainingUpper body weights with high intensity lower body conditioning (utilizing the step), designed at intervals to maximize fat burning!
MUSCLE CONDITIONING:Aerobic workout with weights, sculpting, and bodywork
STEP:A fun workout of step combinations.
PILATES:Specific mat-based training for deep, internal supportive muscles....the focus is on toning and stretching the abdominals, back, and hip.
HI/LO PILATES MIX:Half-hour of cardio floor work to music followed by half an hour of Pilates.
PILATES STRETCH:Pilates mat work focusing on increasing flexibility
HAWTHA STYLE YOGA: Balancing and therapeutic yoga for all levels
ABSOLUTE ABS & GLUTES: 1/2 hour class with a variety of exercises designed to tighten your stomach and rear
