Sorrento Valley Racquetball & Fitness Center's Fitness Classes are awesome! Featuring top instructors in San Diego county, the small, intimate classes allow instructors to give students more personalized attention, which is especially valuable in classes such as yoga and pilates. Many clubs charge an extra fee for yoga and pilates, but at SVRFC specialty classes are included in the great membership price. SVRFC instructors are the best! Many students tell us we have the top instructors in San Diego county. They are all so friendly and approachable. Most of the instructors are also personal trainers, and the dance instructor is an accomplished ballet and modern dance performer.

The schedule is very well-balanced between cardio, strength training, and flexibility classes. Additionally, the schedule has been designed with the availability of local business employees in mind. STEP W/WEIGHTS: Interval TrainingUpper body weights with high intensity lower body conditioning (utilizing the step), designed at intervals to maximize fat burning!
PILATES:Specific mat-based training for deep, internal supportive muscles....the focus is on toning and stretching the abdominals, back, and hip.
CARDIO / YOGAA form of cardio (kickboxing, step, or hi low) followed by last 20 minutes of yoga.
YOGA (HATHA STYLE): Balancing and therapeutic yoga for all levels
BOSU CARDIO/SCULPT: Cardio interval training using Bosu balls while using weight training/sculpting..
ABSOLUTE ABS & GLUTES: 1/2 hour class with a variety of exercises designed to tighten your stomach and rear
KICKBOXING:A low complexity, high intensity cardio workout with combinations of kicks and punches.
ZUMBA:A hypnotic Latin rhythm cardio workout with easy to follow dynamic movements for the core.
CARDIO SCULPT:Interval Training combining cardio drills & weight training/sculpting.
TONE & SCULPT:This class blends a variety of exercise disciplines:yoga, Pilates, boot camp, strength, core fusion and cardio.
All exercise classes are included in your membership!
